Well, this is my real self-portrait.
I love the use of shadows, and I realy like the final result on these piece.
The traces of the graphite must appear like a poor work, but well, it´s intentional.
Have some use of photoshop over the original draw - made in graphite and nankin - for the colors and the light.
I´m realy satisfect with the final result, ´cose I realy must to see myself on that.
Ok. Make a self-portrait must look like some type of edonism, but isen´t. Not in this case, at well. I was only exposing my own vision about myself.
Every night, wen I go to my draw table, I look for a dark window that show me this dark saide of myself. In the most recent times, is like I´m feeling myself: Dark. Almost Evil. I don´t like realy of these feeling, but is how I´m seeing myself on these moment.
If my soul find some peace on the future, probably I´ll be inclinated to make a more... Light self-portrait. For these time, it´s how I´m feeling.
